We are engaged in a continuous improvement policy. This policy shows our commitment to progress and our concern for how to best respond to the needs of our clients as we carry out all stages of our study projects.

Our first ISO 9001 certification was awarded by the AFAQ in October 2002. Our certification has been reissued for the 12th consecutive year, through June 2016.

The measurement of satisfaction makes up the DNA of INIT. Thus, we perform systematic surveys of our own clients to collect their insights and their expectations for improvement.

  • 95% of clients are satisfied with our services, with more than 80% of clients very satisfied,
  • Our best scores are obtained on questions of the availability and responsiveness of our teams (project head and research analyst), responsiveness in cases of additional requests, respect for deadlines (study fieldwork and return of results),
  • The most important criteria for keeping our customers loyal concern understanding well the needs our clients express, the quality of the study’s preparation, the quality of the information gathering, the content of the reports, the analyses, and the relevance of the oral presentations.
