We are engaged in a continuous improvement policy. This policy shows our commitment to progress and our concern for how to best respond to the needs of our clients as we carry out all stages of our study projects. Our first ISO 9001 certification was awarded by the AFAQ in October 2002. Our certification has been reissued for the 12th consecutive year, through June 2016. The measurement of satisfaction makes up the DNA of INIT. Thus, we perform systematic surveys of our own clients to collect their insights and their expectations for improvement.
