- Etude« Qualité de vie au travail »
- Etude « Motivation et implication des collaborateurs »
- Enquête« Clients internes »
Il est amusant de constater que les 3 premiers types d’études sontproches et que leur appellation est différente selon la sensibilité politique ou sémantique des décideurs :
- «Climat social» : terme à connotation parfois négatif, accepté par les grandes entreprises et les Administrations et souvent refusé par les PME…
- «Qualité de vie au travail» : le terme à la mode, le plus politiquement correct qui mixe bien Qualité et Travail
- «Motivation et implication des collaborateurs» : le plus moderne, le plus dynamique qui va plaire aux Managers et moins aux Syndicats…
En dehors de leur appellation, les 3 premiers types d’études sont les mêmes et concernent toutes les aspects de qualité de vie au travail : la relation avec la hiérarchie et ses collègues, les moyens mis à sa disposition, la politique de formation, etc.
Le dernier type d’étude « clients internes » considère les collaborateurs comme de vrais « clients » servis par une structure (DSI Informatique, Service Généraux, Restauration, etc.) et devant être satisfaits des prestations rendues.

GPMF
- Activité : LE GPMF (Groupement de patrimoine et de moyens de la Mutualité Française) met des moyens à disposition de ses membres : la FNMF (Fédération Nationale de la Mutualité Française), l’UNPMF (L’Union Nationale de la Prévoyance de la Mutualité Française), le SFG (Système Fédéral de Garantie) et MutRé Union, le pôle réassurance de la Mutualité Française.
- Thème : Baromètre de « Satisfaction Clients internes » des managers
- Population : Les cadres, les managers et le PDG de de la FNMF soit une cinquantaine de personnes
- Sujet : Évaluation de toutes les fonctions supports : DRH, DSI, Contrôle de gestion, Direction Financière
