Comme pour une voiture, il faut que nous définissions ensemble votre besoin (un cahier des charges) et je pourrai ensuite vous confirmer le budget ! La différence entre les prix des voitures et celui des études marketing c’est que le prix des voitures est visible et connu via les publicités.
Mais comme les instituts ne font pas de pub sur le budget de leurs études, vous n’avez aucune idée de ce que ça peut coûter !
Le budget d’une étude de satisfaction clients (ou d’une étude sur un autre sujet) dépend essentiellement de 6 paramètres :
1. La nature des clients que vous souhaitez interroger
- Entreprises (quelles fonctions ?)
- Professionnels (quels métiers ?) Les artisans du bâtiment coûtent cher car ils sont toujours sur les chantiers…
- Particuliers (quelle cible ?)
2. Le choix du mode d’enquête
- Téléphone
- Web
- SMS
- Postal/distribué
- Face à face
3. La taille de l’échantillon devant être interrogé
- Cela a peu d’incidence sur le budget d’une enquête Web : 5 000 envois ou 10 000 envois c’est sensiblement la même chose.
- Cela en a par contre beaucoup si vous envisagez une enquête par Téléphone ou en face à face. Chaque interview va avoir un coût unitaire
4. La durée d’administration de votre questionnaire
- La durée se calcule au vu du nombre de questions
- Comptez le nombre de questions de votre questionnaire et un professionnel saura estimer la durée d’administration
5. Les types de traitements des résultats que vous attendez
- Redressements, tris à plats, tris croisées, Taux, Score ?
- Analyse des importances ?
- Mise en valeur graphique ?
- Web Reporting, ou rapport papier ?
6. La présentation orale des résultats
- Combien de réunions à prévoir ?
- Quels publics ? (un rapport spécial pour chaque public ou le même rapport ?)
- A quel endroit (Paris, Lyon, Avoriaz ?)
Si vous donnez ces 6 informations à un prestataire, il pourra vous proposer un budget dans les meilleurs délais.
