Voici la lettre de Lily : « Pourquoi le pain de tigre est-il appelé pain « tigre »? Il devrait s’appeler le pain « girafe ». Lily Robinson, 3 et 1/2″.
Un responsable de l’équipe de service à la clientèle de Sainsbury lui a répondu : « Je pense que le changement de nom du pain tigre est une idée géniale – il ressemble en effet beaucoup plus aux tâches d’une girafe qu’aux rayures d’un tigre ! » Il a inclus une carte-cadeau de £ 3 et a signé la lettre « Chris King (27 et 1/3 ans) ».
